Classes

Here at MYTH we pride ourselves on movement. We strongly believe that movement is life. This is how we choose to live. We want everyone from every age to move and empower themselves to the best of their potential. We teach a few different classes as well as one on one coaching. Take a look at what we have to offer.

To insure that everyone has a fun time, we require everyone to sign a waiver before starting classes or open gym. this can also be filled out at the front desk. we teach students from ages 5 to 100, there's a class for every age and skill level.

Parkour Classes

Parkour is moving from point A to point B as fast and as fluid as possible, in an elegant way that is your own.  When it comes to our parkour classes we go over every aspect of the art. We break up the classes into four weeks, Vaults, Jumping, Flips & Flow and Climbing & Speed. MYTH has broken up these classes in this way to make sure our students are not going over the same material all time. We also have a level system and leveled classes for students who've mastered the basics

Private Instruction

We know that everyone has time issues, a few students can't make all the classes, while some students really enjoy and benefit from one on one training. You can set up a time that works best for you and we can get you a private coach. Our instructors are very invested into their clients and invested into them growing. We will get you to where you want to be and then some.

Level 1 and 2

HERE AT MYTH WE HAVE A LEVEL SYSTEM IN PLAY. THIS IS TO HELP ALL THE STUDENTS GROW IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT IS BEST FOR THEM AND TO PREVENT THEM FROM GETTING LOST IN THE BRUSH.  ALL STUDENTS THAT JOIN ARE LEVEL 1 STUDENTS. TO GET TO LEVEL 2, THEY NEED TO MASTER A SET OF MOVES.  AS THEY MOVE UP IN LEVELS, THEY ARE GRANTED ACCESS TO NEW CLASSES.

Level 3 and 4

TO GET TO LEVEL 3 AND 4 IS A HARD AND LONG PROCESS. NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE TO KNOW A SET OF MOVES BUT THEY NEED TO KNOW THE HISTORY OF PARKOUR, KNOW OODA LOOP AND SPEND TIME HELPING THE PARKOUR COMMUNITY.  ONCE STUDENTS START TO GET TO HIGHER LEVELS THEY ARE MORE WELCOME TO PRIVATE TRAINING CLASSES AND ACCESS TO MYTH EVENTS BEFORE ANYONE ELSE.

With several years of military experience and leadership behind our instructors, we know exactly how to bring a team together - and with our custom-built parkour facility, you know it's going to be a blast!
